1) How long are classes?
All classes are generally 50 minutes. I do offer one 30 minute live class weekly.
2) Do I need props?
Only props that you will need is a mat. Ideally it is also great to have a light set of weights (cans or bottles work great) and something to glide with (paper plate or towel). Classes that require any other props will be indicated in the class schedule.
3) Can I still take class if I have never done Pilates before?
You sure can. My classes are suitable for all levels and will definitely leave you feeling challenged and sweaty. If you are brand new to regular fitness or getting back into your fitness routine, I recommend starting with a few private sessions first to get you familiar with certain movements and also discuss your movement goals.
4) Speaking of privates, are you available for 1:1 instruction?
Although I have limited availability, I am taking on some private clients. You can book for either 30/40/50 minute sessions.
