Total Body Tone

My signature 50 minute class which combines low impact targeted movements to sculpt lean muscles. We will work you from top to bottom and side to side to create length, strength, tone, and a whole lot of sweat.

HardCORE Abs

Who said abs were made in the kitchen? This 50 minute class will work those deep core muscles and my favorite...obliques! Expect lots of curls, planks, and extra shakes as we tone the tum tum.

In this 50 minute class I am serving up all the lower body love to tone your butt, legs, thighs, and lower tummy. Say bye bye pancake butt, this class will light that booty UP!
